An Auditor Speaks His Mind
Medicaid was created to provide healthcare services to the vulnerable, low-income groups who needed it most. But, in the 50 years since its inception, in my opinion, it doesn’t seem to be living up to its promises.
With a bloated and ever-growing budget, this government program has consistently displayed an inability to provide quality healthcare.
There are many reasons why I think Medicaid is really failing us:
- Those Who Need Care Aren’t Able to Access it Through Medicaid
- Many Healthcare Providers Won’t Accept Medicaid
- Coverage Varies State-by-State
