We need to look at the past, present, and future of telehealth to prepare ourselves for workflow changes and know how to mitigate risks.

Where to start? First, task someone in your company to track changes to telehealth guidelines for all payers and make sure to communicate that information to all. Then, evaluate your current workflow to understand what’s working and what isn’t. And then there’s more to do once you get there.
