For International Women’s Day, Ada took to the streets to participate in a parade to celebrate exceptional women and the suffrage movement along with thousands of other people. Ada had been planning for the parade for months and had decked out her outfit and her Vespa for the occasion.
As she cruised down main street surrounded by dancers, drums, and beautifully decorated floats, she couldn’t help bop to the music and all the supporters on the sidelines. Confetti exploded in the air, dogs wore supporting t-shirts, and dads hoisted their kids onto their shoulders to catch candy. The atmosphere was lively and inspiring.
Just when she thought things couldn’t get any better, she lost control of her beloved Vespa and found herself on a collision course with a bus carrying supporters... Better luck next year, Ada.
