Today, I'm sharing news that has been a long time in the making. Healthicity has been acquired by Compliancy Group, the #1 platform for healthcare compliance programs. Together, we will serve more than 3,000 healthcare organizations and deliver one of the most complete compliance and auditing platforms the market has seen.

For Healthicity customers, this is the moment we have been working toward, and the outcome I believe our team, our customers, and our industry deserve.

What this means for you

The short version: nothing changes today, and what changes over time is additive.

There will be no disruption to your existing products, services, or customer relationships during the integration period. Your Healthicity team continues to support you. Your contracts remain in force on their current terms. The software you rely on, including Compliance Manager, Audit Manager, Audit Manager+, consulting services and advanced reporting, continues to operate exactly as it does today.

What changes is what becomes possible. As part of Compliancy Group, you now have access to one of the most complete compliance platforms in the market, built around the seven OIG elements of an effective compliance program. When you are ready to expand, whether into workforce training, risk assessments, third-party risk, incident management, or anything else, those capabilities are now part of the same family.

Choosing the right partner to carry forward something we have built over many years was not a decision I took lightly. Will my Healthicity products keep working?
Yes. There will be no disruption to existing products, services, or customer relationships during the integration period. Compliance Manager, Audit Manager, Audit Manager+, consulting services and advanced reporting continue to operate as they do today.
Will my contract or pricing change?
No. Existing contracts remain in force on their current terms. Any future changes will be communicated well in advance, with plenty of time to discuss.
Will my point of contact change?
No. You will continue to work with your existing Healthicity support and customer success team throughout the integration.
Will I have access to new capabilities?
Over time, yes, and only when you want them. Healthicity customers will have a clear path to expanded capabilities on the Compliancy Group platform, including workforce compliance, risk assessments, third-party risk, and incident management. There is no requirement to expand, and any expansion is a conversation, not a default.
