Watch the Webinar - Understanding the OIG’s ICPG for Medicare Advantage

HHS OIG has released the long-anticipated Industry Segment-Specific Compliance Program Guidance (ICPG) for Medicare Advantage, and it signals continued, focused scrutiny on MA organizations and their partners.

More than half of all Medicare beneficiaries now participate in Medicare Advantage, representing a rapidly growing population and an expanding regulatory spotlight. As enrollment climbs, expectations around transparency, oversight, and documentation are rising right alongside it.

This session will break down what the new guidance means in practical terms, where organizations are most exposed, and how compliance teams can prepare for heightened enforcement attention.

What We’ll Cover:
The OIG’s ICPG outlines key risk areas that compliance leaders should be actively monitoring, including:

  • False or misleading statements about provider networks
  • Utilization management tools, including prior authorization practices
  • Marketing and enrollment activities
  • Risk adjustment documentation and oversight
  • Submission of accurate and defensible claims

Why This Matters:
Medicare Advantage continues to be a major enforcement priority. The release of this guidance provides a clearer roadmap of where regulators are looking and what they expect organizations to have in place.

Join us for a focused discussion designed to help compliance, audit, and revenue integrity teams understand the implications of the new ICPG and strengthen their readiness moving forward.
