Prior to the pandemic, we had already begun seeing a number of investigations by state and federal regulators into telehealth cases for overpayments and violations of the False Claims Act.
Now, we’re seeing new changes and regulations in light of the pandemic at a blistering pace. To help you stay up to date on those changes, and how they impact your coding and auditing efforts, I’ve been very closely monitoring them.
