This Thursday, many of us will gather with friends and family to take part in one of the year’s great meals. Mike will cook the turkey, Jennifer will break out her secret stuffing recipe, Keri will cook her vegan green bean casserole, Mom will have her fingers in everything to ensure it’s just right (and up to her exacting standards), and Ada will bring her famous cranberry sauce.
But Ada, as usual, will be running a little late. Which means that when she arrives, Mom will stick her at the kids table for the fourth year in a row. She loves the opportunity to catch up with her nieces and nephews, so she’ll certainly fit in with the crowd. But, fitting into her chair at the table might be asking a little too much of our favorite accident-prone coder…
