How to Manage Compliance Incidents in a Digital-First World

As we’ve more rapidly become a digital-first world, the disruption has rippled through every organization, no matter its shape or size. And it all seems to have happened in the blink of an eye. Clearly, it’s not just this acceleration into a more digital world that has changed in the preceding months, but in this blog post, that’s what I’d like to focus on.

Because whether you were built for the digital world, or are in the process of transitioning to it, there is something I’m really excited to share with you.

For the last six-plus months, we have been working with our clients to better understand how they process risk. Specifically, how they manage incidents of potential risks as they are reported through their compliance departments. From those conversations, and the input of our own experts here at Healthicity, we began to paint a clear picture of how hospitals, health systems, physician groups, labs, etc. actually report, manage and close incidents.

And earlier this month, I was excited to introduce our users to an all-new way for them to manage incidents of any type, from anywhere, inside of Compliance Manager.

It was a truly enlightening experience. And now, I'm excited to share with you, our broader Healthicity community, how we completely redesigned Compliance Manager to help you simplify your own incident management process and, as a result, minimize your own risk.

On Tuesday, June 16th, it’s your turn to see those next-generation updates for yourself during our webinar, Managing Incidents in a Digital-First World. During the presentation, we’ll demonstrate the powerful new features that can help you and your organization more quickly transition to this new world, through:

  • New Incident Queue with Quick Search and Filtering
  • Streamlined Workflows
  • New Case Detail Page and Messaging
  • Simplified Reporting for All User Types

We hope to see you there.
