Jampol and Aibel: DOJ targets healthcare with FCPA enforcement - The acting chief of the DOJ's Criminal Fraud Section announced a new partnership last month between the DOJ’s Healthcare Fraud Unit’s Corporate Strike Force and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act prosecutors.
